POLICIES AND INFORMATION
Domestic Shipping
In the
Continental U.S. We are happy to offer our customers 4 different
shipping methods to choose from.
1. Ground Delivery (4 to 6 Business Days)
2. 3 Day Delivery (plus 24 hour day processing)
3. 2nd Day Guaranteed Delivery(plus 24 hour processing)
4. Overnight Guaranteed Delivery(plus 24 hour processing)
PLEASE
NO P.O. BOXES. Orders using P.O. Boxes will be shipped Priority
Mail which which is the same price as 3 Day. Select
this option in the order form. Shipping requires a 72 hour
processing period plus an average of 2-3 days shipping time.
Deliver times ARE NOT GUARANTEED and may exceed the 2-3
day average estimate.
At Costumes 4 Mardi Gras, we strive to provide prompt service. Orders are packed and
shipped Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.
Depending on the shipping method, we pack and ship our orders
within 24 to 72 hours from the time that you order your
supplies.
1.)
GROUND requires up to 2 days to process and pack the order
before it is ready to ship. For example, if you ordered
GROUND service on Thursday, your order will be packed
and ready to be picked up by our carrier no later than Monday
the following week. From then, it takes 1-5 business days
to get to its destination, depending on where you live.

we can't guarantee the exact date of delivery.
2.)
3 DAY is a quicker version of our popular GROUND method.
Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours then take
3 business days to reach their destination.
3. &
4.) 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT are guaranteed air shipping
methods. Both require 24 hours to process, pack and ship
out. Please account for that when ordering 2ND DAY AIR or
OVERNIGHT. If you order on a Tuesday at 11:00 a.m., it will
take 24 hours to process and pack. On Wednesday, your order
will ship. Unlike GROUND and 3 DAY, arrival estimates are
precise and guaranteed. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included
as business days.
In the
COMMENTS SECTION of the ordering form, you must put the
date that you need your costumes by. Check our map for shipping
times so that you order the correct method of shipping to
ensure you receive the supplies when you need them. Remember
if you ordered your supplies by GROUND and the date that
you need them by will not give enough time for GROUND to
get them there, your order will be held up since we will
have to call or email you to see if you want to upgrade
the shipping method. Alaska
and Hawaii
We offer
Priority Mail, Next day and 2nd Day Service to Alaska and Hawaii
since there is no GROUND. The standard time of delivery
to Alaska and Hawaii is 5-7 days, depending on where you
live.
International
(including Canada & Mexico)
International
orders are welcomed. Simply complete the order form without
shipping charge. When we receive your order, we will e-mail
you with the exact shipping amount and services available
in your area. AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR E-MAIL CONFIRMATION
AND APPROVAL, we will then and only then, process both order
and shipping charges.
Please
note that international shipments may be subject to import
fees, taxes and tariffs. We can't control these fees and
it is your responsibilty to find out what fees may be applicable
since you must pay these fees.
APO/FPO
We do
ship to these addresses, but since the military performs
the final stage of delivery, we can't accurately predict
delivery time. Otherwise, read policy for Continental U.S.
OUT
OF STOCK ITEMS
If there
are items that are out of stock, you will be notified by
email first (please make sure to always provide a correct
and current email address for this reason...an email address
that you can always check) and then by phone if we do not
hear back from you by the end of the day. You will then
be given the choice of substituting another item of the
same nature, or canceling the whole or partial order. Until
we hear back from you, we will hold your order up to 5 days
and then we will automatically cancel your order out.
Just
to remind you, even though orders are taken 7 days a week,
24 hours a day, packing and shipping occur 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

RETURN POLICY
Before returning ANY product to us, you MUST first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice and automatically returned.
To obtain an RMA, please call us toll free at 1-(800)-872-9447 and ask for the Shipping Dept. The RMA number is only valid on the date of issuance (24-48 Hours from time you recieve the items) and returns must be received within 5 days of the date the RMA was issued. E-Mail requests for RMA’s will NOT be answered.
ALL items returned for credit will be issued a 25% Restocking fee. No Exceptions.
The Customer pays shipping for all returns or exchanges to Costumes 4 Mardi Gras. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The RMA number must be visible on the return shipment’s package or will be refused and returned back to you. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the returning package.
For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method (UPS,FedEx,USPS). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product for reason stated above, you will be responsible for ANY loss or damage.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer’s own expense. An RMA number is valid 1-2 days from date the package is received and product must be in its original condition without any damage and accompanied by all packaging. Product must be 100% complete with ALL original packaging and complete with ANY documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Defective items can be returned within a 1-2 day period of receipt of merchandise .You will also need to call the Shipping Department and get an RMA for defective items. If the items are returned after the 1-2 day period, they will be refused and send back at the customer’s expense.
